bcortez01, i just iced the top and side of the cake black to give the 'appearance' of a top hat. the green band wraps around the edge of the cake like the hat is wrapped on... if that makes any sense :)
What is the scarf made from? Very cute!
The scarf is all buttercream. Piped with a tip 47, using the textured side.
