A cake I made for my final wilton I course...I love roses heheh...I had in mind a bright yellow cake with hot pink roses..but this is what came out and I loved it..Coconut supreme cake with chocolate pudding..BC icing.. I iced the cake ahead of time for class..and my fiancee tried to be helpful and make it smooth while I tended to our kids but he messed it up...so me like an idiot got my spatula wet and got rid of the excess water....but icing it with even a semi wet spatula made the cake look like cheese!!
