Christmas Trees
here are some christmas trees I made for my collegues. First I make a base of two round cookies and make a snail trail with royal icing around them. Then I stack star shaped cookies - pipe royal icing at the points with tip nr. 17. I use two of each size star. The star at the top is flooded on both sides and then painted with gold lustre.

Beautiful ! Approx. how tall are they? And do they pull apart easy enough to eat - or are they just for decorations?

What star cookie cutters did you use? It doesn't look like the usual 5 point star. Also, what sizes and where did you get them? They are too cute! They would be great to include in my kid's teacher gifts!
it is the christmas tree set from Wilton. I only used the five smallest stars
