Castle Cake
This is my attempt at the Wilton Castle Cake Kit. As posted in another site - this was my cake of "firsts" as I have just been bitten by the cake decorating bug this summer!! *first time working with mrshmallow fondant - EVER!! *first time stacking cakes *first time using Wilton 3" pans *first time putting filing in a cake *first time with royal icing and more "firsts" I am sure!!
