Daughter's Wedding Cake
No, I did not bake this one, but was supplied by the caterer. However, I did do the chocolate shells and coral and, with the help of the groom's mom, we decorated the cake just before the cocktail hour (baker wanted another $300 to make chocolates and decorate with them). The shell on the top of the cake is a real one however. Thought it would be fun to show this, even though I did not bake it. Think it looks pretty neat!
Simply stunning! I love the colors of the turquoise with the soft blue coral and I REALLY like your idea of having someone bake and assemble the cake so you could do all of the "fun" stuff!
i love it! I love the shells and coral. I like the initials on the shell topper
believe it or not, she put stick-on letters on the shell!
Stick-on letters and shells. . .guess they're just meant to be! ;-D
you and the MOG did a great job together!! I am a MOG and will be doing my son's cake in Oct!
