The dipped fondant is a recipe I got from the book "Pretty Party Cakes" by Peggy Porschen. Basically, you use your regular fondant and mix it with sugar syrup and lemon juice, then warm it in the microwave so that it is thin enough to cover the cupcakes when you dip them. It was my first time to try it, but it was simple enough, I thought!
