My First Bc (Top View)
My first bc cake (ever) for my wilton 1 class. I used a different design than what the class called for. I went overboard with the flowers but wanted to practice. Not happy with the brush technique. I think I let it dry too long before brushing.

Thanks. I spent a lot of time with the VIVA to get it smooth. I used the 0g trans fat Crisco and it was a mess at the start.

No, its all buttercream. I used the VIVA paper towels to get it smooth and covered up the bad sections with the flowers.
