Tammy Going Away
This was made for a co-worker who was leaving for another job. The cake is white cake with Amaretto Coffeemate. Icing is cream cheese BC. The helicopter is a FBCT (I learned with this one that it is not easy to do a FBCT that has alot of detail!). She loved it anyway!
