Mask Cake
THIS CAKE WAS MADE FOR MY DAUGHTERS HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY. THE MASK IS FONDANT WITH SILVER LUSTER DUST AND FONDANT CURLS (BY THE WAY I COVERED THE SKEWERS TO HOLD UP THE MASK WITH BLACK LICORICE). THE CAKE WAS RED VELVET WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING AND FONDANT CIRCLES AND STARS. THIS WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT THE TAPERED CAKES.
