thanks all! The cutter and inspiration for the cookie came from fancyflours.com. The "snow" is just nonparelils (sp) on wet royal...The recipe for antonia's royal is in her tutorial-I absolutely love this icing. It dries to a nice finish but not so rock hard that you have to worry about cracking a tooth
