Cookie Bouquet
This was a cookie bouquet I did for a "friend" and the whole experience did not go well, but I was happy with the bouquet.
They are so gorgeous. Is it icing or fondant ? If icing, how did you apply ? Still new and mine don't come out looking like this. I had to make more with fondant...
Thanks! They're royal icing. Haven't tried fondant yet but want to. I apply all icing with round tips. #2 or #3 to outline and for details and a #5 or larger for flooding the thinned icing to fill in.
