Tea Cup Cookie Bouquet Center Pieces
I made these cookie bouquets for a military tea. The ladies are using the cookie bouquets as center pieces for the tables and then they will be given as prizes.

They are really cute ! How did you stick them in the cup ? I love the details.
I used flower decorating foam wrapped in tissue, and put that in each cup. The cookies are on skewers and I just stuck them into the foam. There is one cookie in each cup that is just placed in (not on a skewer).
