Took white chocolate shavings and tossed onto the cake top and sides. It fell down onto the cake plate and resembled falling snow. I learned afterwards that the secret to this is to put shavings on while the frosting is still fresh.

Once again, an AMAZING cake! I am definately going to have to use the white chocolate shavings on a chocolate cake! It looks like a cake you would find in a fancy restaurant!
