First Wedding Cake
I haven't taken a course, but I'm going to be going to school in August to persue a baking and pastry arts diploma. This was my first attempt at a tiered cake/wedding cake. It was for a very small wedding (about 20 people) and they probably had way more cake than they needed! Making fondant flowers for the first time was a lot harder than i expected!
