Euchre Cake
Carrot cake with cream cheese icing for my MIL's euchre club - also was one of the girls birthday so she wanted that included. I loved the cake until I had to write on it. Not quite good at that yet....practice makes perfect I guess.

I knew you had to be from the midwest because it was a Euchre cake! I'm from the midwest and out West NO ONE knows what Euchre is! Love the cake!
