I used the Wilton train pan mold, and followed one of the design patterns. But because I was short on time, I filled the train with jelly beans, instead of decorating more with the icing. It was a fun cake, and the kids loved the jelly beans. This cake was for my grandfather's birthday - he drives an amusement park train in the summers!
