The brown ribbons are fondant, the orange roses are gumpaste. It matched the theme very well, I was a little scared because of the colors, but it looked great and the bride was pleased. Bottom tier was choc cake with rasp. filling, middle was champagne cake with strawberry filling, top tier was white cake with lemon curd. It was pretty tasty if I do say so myself. :) I got to attend the wedding, so I got to taste the finished cake, which I always like to do. :)
