Tropical Birthday Cake
This was my 1st decorated cake, made 3 months ago. I found out about CC not long after I made this, so I already know a bunch of things I should have done differently! The sand is ground pecans. The little huts are yellow cake made in the mini wonder ball pan, covered in choc frosting and toasted coconut. The main cake is carrot w/cream cheese frosting. Real shells and a plastic palm tree. Not even a border on this one!
