Fun Fish Cake
Cake for 3 yr old granddaughter. Bottom layer is Chocolate Chocolate Chip layered with Lemon Ice Cake and filled with lemon Curd and Nutella Filling, Top layer is WASC cake layered with Chocolate Fudge Cake filled with Nutella Filling, cake is iced with Almond Buttercream. Little fish, turtles and frogs are done with colored white chocolate, the sharks and whale were piped on, four varigated fish are candles, and the top fish are done with the small ball pan, idea for them from Wilton, fins are jelly candy.
Love it, alot of different and neat ideas. Great job.

Nyma, I mix a little thin buttercream with nutella until it is a good thickness and spreading consistency, it is so yummy and my most asked for filling often I will add shaved hazelnuts to it.
