You should be very proud -- it is lovely! Doesn't it feel good to accomplish something like that? Just keep practicing is what my teacher says. I just started course III myself and will be rolling out fondant for the first time very soon.

Thanks for looking! I'm looking forward to trying to make my own fondant. This was Wilton's and it tasted like used chewing gum.
