This cake is for a friend who graduated from Hamilton College. She loves penguins which conveniently look like they are wearing graduation robes once you add a mortarboard! The staffs are replicas of the staff given to each graduate at Hamilton. There is also a tradition that each woman graduate give the president a green apple at graduation. The dome on the igloo is a copy of the the steeple at Hamilton which is part of the school logo. It is entirely edible. Three flavors of cake with bc icing.
