These were NFSC with homemade MMF and royal icing accents.

Thanks! I used the train cutter that comes with the Wilton 101 pack. For the fondant details, I cut out the body of the train and used clear vanilla extract to adhere fondant to cookie (being careful not to get any extract on the fondant I would be cutting off the cookie. Using a square tin cutter, I cut out the window, and using various tips (the widest part at the bottom of the tip), cut out the wheels from the cookie fondant.

Eidel, I use the NFSC recipe on this site(without the almond flavoring). I put the cut cookies in the fridgefor 30 minutes before putting them in a hot oven.
