This is my first cake posted to this site. It was for my Mom and Grandma for Mother's Day. My mom loves these cookies so I thought this would be a good one to make. (Inspiration from many others on this site) It is vanilla cake with bavarian cream filling (Thanks Jen!). I piped hearts of chocolate and put on top with my strawberries. Any constructive critism welcome as I love to make cakes and someday hope to turn my hobby into a business. :wink:
