This is the first time I have ever covered a Big cake in fondant. There has to be a better way of doing the corners than she showed up to do it. Anyone who can help would be greatly apprechiated. She told us to cut off the excess and smooth it out. Kind of like wraping a gift. Not too sure I like it. All in all I think it turned out pretty good. We didn't have enough time in class to finish it so I did most of it at home reading from the book. Need more practice I know will take class again.
