Graduation Cake
This is the first cake I've posted. Please give me your honest opinion. I'm self taught and I know I need more practice ;-) I've been doing this for a couple years just for friends and family.
it turned out great! looks like the grad cap, the top could have been a bit stiffer, maybe let the fondant dry over night.
