Blue Fish on Cake Central

THIS IS A CAKE IDEA FROM ONE OF COLETTE PETERS BOOKS. THEY "LETTUCE" IS BC ICING, THE "TOMATOES" ARE FONDANT AND THE FISH IS CAKE.....

The fins are cut out and laid on the cake after covering with fondant. I use a fork to pull the ridges. The "scales" are made with the edge of an icing tip. Coloring is done with luster dust and a little lemon juice and painted on.
