Phillies Phanatic
This serves about 40, the nose is a cone dipped in candy melts, the shirt is fondant, and the top half of the head is rice krispy treats in an effort to better stabilize the nose. Hope it works!

this is unreal. I grew up in philly and love the phanatic. I don't know how you did hte shirt to look like it is really over the fur.
Thanks! I just put on the shirt first and piped the fur around it, since the shirt is supposed to fit tight, it looked right to have the fur coming out of the shirt like that.
