Thanks for your comments. The 'cups' are made from fondant, inside is chocolate cake cut in rounds to fit the cups, the 'froth' is buttercream with a sprinkling of chocolate powder. Cups are quite time consuming especially with such a quantity but I am quite pleased with the result.
