First Mmf Cake
Cake done for a family friend. I was very happy with how it turned out. Red Velvette cake with buttercream filling. Plenty of simple syrup to keep the cake moist!

Thanks! The scrollwork was done in buttercream. I like the MMF but it doesn't have the pure white look due to the marshmallows (seems offwhite to me). Could be that I am doing something wrong...

how did you like working with the MMF...i've not done one yet...is it better than regular fondant?
