Modelled after Jane Asher's Edible Cacti, I've made this chocolate fridge cake for both my mom and mom-in-law. The cactus is a mini sponge roll finished in bc and decorated with almonds. My first time doing sugarpaste for the pot and I made the mistake of coloring all the paste with one colour. That left me no choice but to colour the cut-out decos with a brush. It's lots of fun doing them.
