Here is the cake I made for my mom & dad for their anniversary. They never had a wedding cake, so I attempted to make a small tiered cake to look like a wedding cake. I tried the Rich's bettercreme on this cake and absolutely hated it! I could get it to smooth out nicely at all. My parents still liked it anyway.
