I was fooling around and just starting covering the top with little flowers. It looked funny so my daughter said we need to do something with the sides. I started putting on the dots and she stopped me and said it looks like a face! So that's what it ended up being!

It was a larger star tip that I just slightly turned after the frosting came out.
