Strawberry Delight
I was experimenting with strawberries. The frosting was either almond or buttercream. It had a fresh strawberry mousse filling. It was a hit with my family.

Thank you! I just experiment. Sometimes I use fresh strawberries blended with heavy whipping cream and other times I use strawberry jam or jelly. Sometimes I use vanilla pudding mix with the strawberry & whipping cream mixture also.
