Kitten

Kitten on Cake Central

White cake with buttercream icing. I used the doll pan and the ball pan for the initial shape then carved the features....legs, body area and facial features (I should've used a pound cake...entire face fell off...I decorated it with a flat face...lol...it worked)

The kitten's tail, the mouse, pillow, blankie, party hat, ears, eyes, nose mouth were all made using mmf. The kitten's tail and the mouse body got bc hair added.

Wonderful job! I made a girl out of the bear pan. Used 1/2 pound cake 1/2 cake mix. I should have used all pound cake. I have a pic in the Children's B-day cake section. It's titled "1st Birthday - Faith". You can see where the wrist cracked. I had to prop the board it was on to keep it from falling over. Yikes!

Steady2Hands, that is an adorable cake. If you hadn't mentioned the crack, I wouldn't have looked so hard to find it. Good job!
