Fantastic! I just might borrow this if that's ok. It's my hubby's birthday & we're doing a mexican pot luck with friends. He's not a fan of fondant covered cakes so this would be perfect! Thank you for sharing!!
I melted white chocolate (w/ a little crisco) added Lemon Yellow & Golden Yellow coloring then add a tiny bit of very finely crushed oreo crisps (100 calorie pack). Spread on wax paper and folded up around slices of devils food cake.
Oh, thanks for the compliments! :D I love the reaction they are getting from coworkers...they can't believe they are cake! I ended up making 35 of them. Whew!
Thos are fantastic!!! I love the colored coconut for the lettuce and cheese, look soooo real!!! I son't think I could eat that, it would just weird to me, I would think taco but tatse sweet-weird combination!! :)
how wonderfully realistic! Definitely in my keeper pile. We are having a mexican food cookoff at my church soon. Think I may have found my entry....lol

So cool! These will go great with my mini chocolate tacos. Great idea for a party.
So do you just let the chocolate harden some and then wrap them around while it's still somewhat plyable?
