Fantastic! I just might borrow this if that's ok. It's my hubby's birthday & we're doing a mexican pot luck with friends. He's not a fan of fondant covered cakes so this would be perfect! Thank you for sharing!!

I melted white chocolate (w/ a little crisco) added Lemon Yellow & Golden Yellow coloring then add a tiny bit of very finely crushed oreo crisps (100 calorie pack). Spread on wax paper and folded up around slices of devils food cake.

Clever! The Oreos speckels in the shells make them look so real. Is that coconut for the lettuce and cheese?

So do you just let the chocolate harden some and then wrap them around while it's still somewhat plyable?

Absolutely fantastic. My dad's 82nd birthday is next year and he looooooooves tacos. Your idea would be great for his birthday cake, and he is a cake junkie. The perfect combination. I always let people know where I get my ideas. Yours is great! :D

Very clever! I wouldn't have even thought about using melted white chocolate. We thought it was fondant until we read the comments. I love it!
