No fail with Alice's cookie icing. For my 10 year old's friend who had major surgery on his hips last week.

Thanks guys. Kos, I get them smooth by abusing themLOL!! After I fill and smooth with the spatula, I kind of shake them and bang them on the counter until all the icing blends in.
