These cakes were made for a young lady who has served in Iraq twice and is on home leave to return to Army again. I was previliged when asked to made the cakes. The cakes are choc. and vanilla cakes. I used BBC icing for all cakes and also I used strawberry preserve for the filling. In addition I also used grenadine syrup. The icing taste delicious and the filling as well.
