These were made using Penney McConnell's recipe (dough & RI) (thanks Pam!! These are the BEST!!) According to something I read, 'beginners' (which I definitely am!) should 'outline' cookie before filling....this is the look I got....not crazy about them but guess they are ok for a first try!!
