Great Jobo n the roses and how did you get the icing so smooth?
I used viva for smoothing the icing & also when icing is set you can also dip your spatula in water and smooth out uneven areas
Looks great!! Ill have to try using the viva, I did try using parchment paper but the icing stuck.
