This is amazing! How did you get the glass to stay up? 

With hard plastic straw with a curve on top slipped onto a wooden shishkabob stick so it can stay upright . I glued the glass (plastic) looks like real glass but lighter to the straw added gelatin moscato to flow down and cover straw . You can get a whole bunch of ideas on utube … look for gravity defying cakes
