Sugar Sheet Cake
Styrofoam dummy because I just wanted to try this technique. Just a simple mixture of granulated sugar, glucose and food color. Topper is made of rice paper sails, wafer paper shards and candy melt spheres.
This is gorgeous, Shirley! I love everything about it. I have not tried the sugar sheets, but they look wonderful and the sails are amazing.
