The cake is iced in buttercream icing and decorated with fondant. I printed an image of Sailor Moon. I made 3 copies. I cut it out and cut the colors out. Then I cut the pieces out of fondant and arranged it on the cake. I messed up her hands, so I put the plastic balloons there. She was also a little long, but the fondant had dryed hard so her foot didn"t bend. My twin nieces loved it.
