Wow!  Adding up the amount of time it would have taken to do this in my head and am guessing 5 hours just to put the "pineapple" skin on it! How close am I ?? If it wasn't gold it would pass as the real thing--Amazing job!

Close!! 4 hours from start to finish (excluding baking) would have been quicker but my first attempt wasn't quite right so the pineapple got peeled and I started again
