A 2 tier barrel cake. Covered in fondant, and embellished with simple pastel colored fondant daisies. Gum paste roses of pastel colors, both made petal by petal and by rolling method, sit upon the cake. Adorned with a "21" made of gum paste and painted with edible gold paint.
