This was my first Mirror glaze cake. I did a yellow cake, a layer of raspberry jam, and covered in a homemade white chocolate mousse. It looked lovely, but I need to find a way to stabilize the mousse because as it got warm, the mousse lost its form and spilled away from the cake. It still tasted amazing though!
