My sister-in-law asked for a Door County, Wi themed cake. It's entirely a gluten-free, egg free and dairy free chocolate cake with coffee BC filling and covered in vegan ganache and then fondant. I hand painted on the sides some of what makes Door County so special and added ganache covered cherries to the top. Was so yummy!
