The cake is a two tiered, vanilla bean cake with Andes Mint ganache filling, iced with vanilla buttercream and covered with fondant for a 6th birthday celebration for a special boy who loves his dog! The dog was created from modeling chocolate and the rest of the decorations were made with fondant.
