The main cake was a sour cream red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, in place of fondant, for Mommy-to Be, we use white chocolate modeling chocolate. The cupcakes were from scratch red velvet, yellow cupcakes with cooked chocolate frosting and yellow vegan cupcakes topped with a lemon glaze with piped cream cheese frosting.
