Two tiers, 4 layers each tier. Cake was done in checkerboard design for graduates school colors. Cake was iced with decorators buttercream, bark was created out of chocolate ganache. Tree tops were colored by hand painting and petal dust was used on ganache to make it realistic to natural bark. Bike gear on top of cake was hand molded out of gumpaste.
