Piece based on the old Godzilla movies featuring the flying turtle Gamera. This was for the AC Bakery expo and cake show. All cake structure covered in modeling chocolate , texturized with sugar shapers and painted in cocoa butter paints. Sign is fondant, figure is modeling chocolate, rocks are overcooked royal icing and the explosions are isomalt.
